Deep Blue Scuba Started in 1996 as a “training centre” within another dive centre in Scotts road. We were known as OutBound Divers. Back then we were a SSI Dive Centre with 5 “ Freelance” Instructors on roster. In 1999 we moved to our own small unit (just 200sqft) in Fook Hai Building. In 2000 we expanded to 2 units in Riverside Point with 5 full time staff. That year, we had record high turn over with nearly 1200 people diving with us. We even managed the training pool at Outram Sec Sch. In 2000 we became a PADI 5 Star Dive Centre , and in 2001 we achieved the rating of PADI 5 Star IDC. From 2002 – 2004 we were based in Big Splash at East Coast with a Salt Water pool at our front yard.
